Cellular meter upgrades

The Harrison County Development Commission Water & Sewer Department is excited to integrate our new cellular meter reading technology service! We are slowly transitioning accounts over to these new meters. There are many benefits with this new technology.

  • Cellular Meters List: Please see the attached list for accounts that have been updated to new cellular meters. Note: The list is updated on a monthly basis

  • Monitoring Usage: Our cellular meter customers now have the ability to monitor their water consumption and set leak alerts using the EyeOnWater website or application.

  • Signup Instructions: You must first signup on the EyeOnWater monitoring service website to start monitoring your consumption. Please use your HCDC billing account number found on your monthly billing statements as "Customer Number".

  • Leak Alerts: You will have to wait a few months in order for the system to determine your average water usage to accurately detect leaks. When you first signup for leak alerts please disregard any alerts you may receive during the first two months of using the alerts. If you are not sure whether you have a leak or not you may always contact us with any questions or concerns. Thank you.
