Harrison County Development Commission Expands Team with Two New Hires
GULFPORT, Miss. - August 1, 2025 - Harrison County Development Commission (HCDC) is proud to welcome two new team members who will play key roles in advancing the Commission’s mission of driving economic growth and regional development.
Kirsten Hess joins HCDC as Project Coordinator, bringing over 16 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and team leadership. She is known for her strategic approach and operational efficiency. Prior to joining HCDC, Hess served as a Program Manager and Financial Analyst for the U.S. Navy, and as a Lead Budget Analyst for NASA at Stennis Space Center.
Miracle Moore joins the team as Executive Assistant. She previously served as an Administrative Assistant at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, where she supported the leadership in the workforce development division.
