Bulkhead Project Complete at Gulf Ship, L.L.C.
The Harrison County Development Commission (HCDC) is proud to announce that construction is complete on a 680-foot bulkhead at Gulf Ship, L.L.C., a significant infrastructure investment on the Industrial Seaway in Gulfport.
