The Harrison County Development Commission provides water and sewer services for businesses and customers located in and around our industrial park areas. Our industrial parks include the Bernard Bayou Industrial District, the Long Beach Industrial Park, and the North Harrison Industrial Park.

Water Service Application
Is your home or business located inside one of our service areas and you would like to know how to get your water service turned on? Just complete the downloadable Water and Sewer Services application and return to us Billing@mscoast.org or in person at our office located at 12281 Intraplex Parkway, Gulfport MS 39503. Once we have all the necessary requirements your water service will be activated.
